Inner Beauty Chicken Dip

Our spin on the traditional Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:


  • 16oz. diced rotisserie chicken
  • 2 8oz. blocks of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 1 ¾ cup of shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • ¾ cup Inner Beauty


Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, ¾ cup of the shredded cheese, and the Inner Beauty. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour into greased 9x9 baking dish.
  4. Top with remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  5. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until mixture is bubbling around the edges and the cheese has fully melted.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite tortilla chips or you can also use celery sticks or carrots for dipping and even a good, crusty bread. Enjoy!

Inner Beauty BBQ Sauce

This is a quick and easy way to give your favorite BBQ sauce a little kick!

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce (we like Sweet Baby Ray’s)
  • 3 tablespoons of Inner Beauty


Directions:


  1. In a bowl, combine both ingredients and mix well.
  2. Use on anything you would use BBQ sauce on or you can simply use it as a dip! So good!

Maine Crab Cakes

Ingredients:


  • 1 lb. fresh Maine crabmeat
  • 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup Panko
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Inner Beauty Hot Sauce


Directions:


  1. In a large bowl, combine egg, shallots, red bell peppers, parsley, salt, pepper, Old Bay Seasoning and Inner Beauty. Mix until well blended.
  2.  Add crabmeat and bread crumbs and fold with a spatula until just blended.
  3. Using a ½ cup measuring cup, portion the crab cake mixture and form into 6 patties. Place patties on a plate. Cover and refrigerate patties for at least 1-hour to let them set.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°.
  5. Heat approximately 2 tablespoons of vegetable or canola oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Place cakes in pan and fry until golden brown on both sides, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Line a baking sheet with foil. Remove cakes from frying pan and pace on baking sheet.
  8. Bake in oven at 350° for about 6-8 minutes.
  9. When done, serve with your favorite tartar sauce and some lemon wedges.

Other ways to use Inner Beauty:

  • Pour a little on your eggs.
  • Add some Inner Beauty to some mayonnaise and use on your favorite sandwich.
  • Add some to your favorite Bloody Mary recipe for that extra kick.
  • Use some Inner Beauty on top of a burger or hot dog.
  • Use it make a marinade for any meat or even fish!
  • Add a bit to your favorite vinaigrette for an awesome spicy salad dressing.
  • Add to deviled eggs.
